How do I place an ad?

What does it cost to advertise?
The publication is 100% free throughout the website.
If I post an ad, will I also get more spam e-mails?
Absolutely not because your email address is not visible on the website.
How long will my ad remain on the website?
In general, an ad is automatically deactivated from the website after 3 Years. You will receive an email a week before D-Day and another on the day of deactivation. You have the ability to put them online in the following year by logging into your account on the site. After this delay, your ad will be automatically removed permanently from the website.
I sold my item. How do I delete my ad?
Once your product is sold or leased, log in to your account to remove your ad.
What do I do if I can't remember my password?
If you cannot remember your password, simply go to our Log in page and click the Don't know password? link. On the page that follows, enter your email address and click “Continue”. Our system will send you an email with a link to reset your password. Simply click on this link and enter in a new password on the page that follows. Click the "Save changes" button at the bottom of the page when you are finished.
How do I log in to my account?
To log in to your account go to our Log In page and enter your email address and the password you created. If you do not remember your password or you have not yet created a password for your account, click the forgot your password?link to have an email sent to you with either a copy of your password or instructions on how to create one.
How do I register or create an account?
Once you post your first free ad an account will be created for you. You do not need an account to browse or respond to ads.
I'm trying to log in but it says it doesn't recognize my email. Why?
Be sure when you are trying to log in that you do not have any typos. The email section is not case-sensitive, but the password is. If you are sure you did not have any typos, be sure that you are using the correct email address. If you posted your ad using a different email, you would need to log in with that specific email address.
You may be unable to log in if you haven’t created a password yet.

How do I log out ?
You can log out by going to the “Your Profile” page, scrolling towards the bottom of the page, then selecting the button that says “Log out.” You can also log out by clicking the “not you?” button at the top of any page on jamiionline.com
What is my User ID ?
As a user, you are identified by the email address you used when posting your first ad. To log-in, you do not need a User ID but rather your email address.
How do I connect with sellers on Jamiionline.com ?
You can connect with a seller by clicking on the Send message button that’s available on the search listings page. You can also Call the seller by contact Number button and inquire regarding the ad. You can also contact the seller via the product detail page. If you have bought products from the seller earlier, you can also connect to supplier via the My Favorites Page or the Order Detail Page.
How to find a product to buy?
If you are looking for a product, you can simply type its name in the search engine of jamiionline.com and choose the relevant products from the list that appears. To make things easier, you should filter the results on the basis of price, type, etc.
